PAYMENT
We accept payment via Paypal or bank transfer.
When paying with credit/debit cards the transaction will not be completed before your order is dispatched from our address.
PAYING WITH PAYPAL
When Paypal is used to pay for an order the address on the order must be identical to the address in the Paypal account used for payment. This is a security requirement from Paypal. If the addresses don’t match the order will not be sent.
PRICES
All displayed prices include Danish VAT of 25%

SHIPPING
www.joogjo.dk sends orders with Post Danmark. All packages are insured and have a tracking number.

RETURNS
You have the right to return your purchases within 14 days. These 14 days start from the day you receive the goods.
Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hangtags etc. still attached. Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. No tape is to be attached to the product or the product’s packaging.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
All products sold on www.joogjo.dk are subject to 2 years warranty. This warranty covers production faults only and not wear and tear from regular use.
